1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Eligibility & Conditions
To ensure a successful return, please note the following category-specific requirements:

Mobile Phones: Must be returned with the original box, IMEI number intact, and all out-of-the-box accessories (chargers, cables, manuals). The device must be factory reset and cleared of all personal locks (passcodes, iCloud, Google accounts).

Mobile Accessories: Items such as cases, screen protectors (if unapplied), and cables must be in their original retail packaging with all tags and seals unbroken.

Non-Returnable Items:

Screen protectors that have already been applied to a device.

Items showing signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Verification: Our team will review the request and provide a Return Authorization.

Pickup/Shipping: We will arrange a pickup or provide instructions on where to ship the item. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved Returns: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Rejections: If the item is found to be used or damaged by the user, it will be sent back to you, and the refund will be denied.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective out of the box, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will prioritize an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
